  1. Offer valid with a fully signed “Exclusive Management Authority For Residential Premises” with a “Term of Management Agreement” of 24 months.
  2. Offer applies to any “Exclusive Management Authority For Residential Premises” signed with Vita Property.
  3. “6 months Free” refers to the management fee only. Normal Leasing & Advertising costs according to Vita Property Group’s “Fee Schedule” still apply.
  4. The “6 Months Free” period applies from the commencement date of the “Exclusive Management Authority For Residential Premises” as stated in Item 6 “Term of Management Agreement” and ends on the anniversary date 6 months from the commencement date.
  5. The property must be located within the company’s service area.
  6. The property must comply with all building, health & safety laws in accordance with the Residential Tenancies Act 1987.
